CD's are burned using recordable CD's with CD burners. We use only Grade-A discs for highest quality and our duplicators verify that data has been burned properly before they are ejected.

DVD's are burned using recordable DVD's with DVD burners. We use only Grade-A discs for highest quality and our duplicators verify that data has been burned properly before they are ejected.

CD Replication:

CD's are manufactured with your data on them. This process is done by creating a glass master of your content, the CD's are then stamped with the data during the manufacturing process of the disc.

DVD Replication:

Thermal:

Thermal printing is the least expensive option for on disc printing. It is a simple process that uses thermal ribbon to create an image. This is meant for primarily text and logos. This is limited to one color but adds a professional finished look to any project.

Silk Screen:

Silk Screen is a printing process that is available in 1, 2, 3, 4 or full color options. The images are clear and high resolution. Text, background color, pictures and images can be printed using this method.

Direct2 Disc Digital:

This printing option is ideal for projects that need full color printing but not at the cost of silk screen. This glossy finish full color print is done with digital printers. Its resolution is not as high as silk screening, but produces a vivid image with similar artwork flexibility.

Bar Code:

If your product needs to be retail ready, we can add bar code stickers to your packaging.

Artwork Charges:

If you are providing us with your artwork, we do not have any set-up or artwork charges. Please select NO! If you need us to create your artwork, we have a flat rate $50 charge for this service.

Sales Tax:

If your purchase is being picked up or is being delivered to a PA address, a 6% sales tax must be added.

Shrinkwrap:

A thin plastic wrap is added to seal the outside of your packagin. A must for all retail ready projects.
